It includes clothing, shoes, accessories and other relevant artefacts.Fashion is art, it’s commerce, it’s function, it’s expression of individual’s way of living and presenting oneself to ourselves and to the world.In Apparel design, you will understand and apply processes to conceive and create items of clothing for daily wear in terms of function, living style and aesthetics. You
may specialize in one specific type of Apparel design, such as casual, evening or active wear.
Admissions in all courses which are offered by SAGE Institute of Design, SAGE University will be done on suitability of the candidate and on merit basis based on marks of qualifying examination, who are eligible (fulfil the eligibility as per criterion) and shall be done strictly according to it.The admission procedure will be completed before the commencement of the academic session or the last date of the admission decided by the Academic Council.
The candidates who are appearing in the respective qualifying examination prescribed for eligibility for admission to a particular program of study are considered eligible for appearing in the entrance examination. However, in the event of their selection, they are granted admission subject to their securing the prescribed percentage of marks in the qualifying examination and submission of all documents including final mark sheet of the qualifying examination. The SC/ST. and Physically Challenged (Handicapped) candidates who have passed the qualifying examination irrespective of their percentage of marks are eligible to appear in the Entrance Examination.
