About Course

Architect is a profession who visualizes the structure of the building or any other project before it is actually developed.  He has a keen sense of precision and clarity of all the minute details required in the making of the structure. They are the real creators of skyscrapers and other amazing structures.Architects design structures and give physical face-lift as well as provide functional utility, safety and economy. The job of an architect is not limited to designing corporate offices; rather they design houses, apartments and colonies, industrial complexes, hospitals, hotels, airport terminals, stadium, shopping and commercial complexes, schools etc. Architects focus on how to make living easy and comfortable for people ranging from lower-middle class to upper-class and offer them housing and shelter with luxury and style.

Admission Rules

The admission in Architecture will be as per the norms of Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

Admissions in all courses which are offered by the University will be done As per Merit basis based on marks of qualifying examination, who are eligible(fulfill the eligibility as per criterion) and shall be done strictly according to it.The admission procedure will be completed before the commencement of the academic session or the last date of the admission decided by the Academic Council.

Entrance Exams:
Candidate shall qualify NATA (National Aptitude Test of Architecture) or JEE(Joint Entrance Examination)-PAPER II

Eligibility

  • Candidates seeking admission to the Architecture program must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, or completed a 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
  • Candidates must qualify an aptitude test in Architecture conducted either by NTA (JEE Paper II) or NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture.
  • Admission merit will be prepared with 50% weightage to the aptitude test score (NATA/JEE Paper II) and 50% weightage to marks obtained in the qualifying examination, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
  • Candidates qualifying JEE Paper II are also eligible for admission consideration as per university norms.
