Comprised of experienced academicians and industry professionals, the department designs and delivers structured training interventions aligned with current industry standards and future career demands.

• Outbound Training Programs: Focused on preparing students to successfully navigate and excel in various stages of recruitment drives, including aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
• Competitive Exams & Civil Services Preparation: Structured guidance and training for Government job aspirants, covering examinations such as IAS, SSC, Banking (PO), and other competitive exams.
• Higher Education Entrance Preparation: Comprehensive support for students aiming for global and national higher education opportunities through exams like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and GATE.
• ZAT & PAT: Periodic assessment framework designed to evaluate students’ aptitude, technical knowledge, and overall readiness, ensuring continuous performance tracking and improvement.
