Hostel Discipline Committee

The undersigned is pleased to constitute the Hostel Discipline Committee for the academic year 2024-25. The primary role of this committee is to maintain discipline within the hostel premises, conduct routine checks on the incoming and outgoing of students, and take prompt action against any instances of indiscipline.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess and identify needs for improvements in hostel infrastructure.

• Plan and implement upgrades to amenities and services.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.

• Manage the hostel budget and resources effectively.

• Facilitate communication between hostel residents and management.

• Address and resolve issues and concerns raised by hostel residents.

• The committee will call regular meetings, at least one in a month in hostel premises, to discuss and review.
