Hostel Management Committee

The undersigned is pleased to constitute the Hostel Management Committee for the academic year 2024-25, with the objective of enhancing hostel facilities, including infrastructure and other amenities. The committee is established to ensure effective management, maintenance, and improvement of hostel facilities within the university.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess and identify needs for improvements in hostel infrastructure.

• Plan and implement upgrades to amenities and services.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.

• Manage the hostel budget and resources effectively.

• Facilitate communication between hostel residents and management.

• Address and resolve issues and concerns raised by hostel residents.

• The committee will call regular meetings, at least one in a month in hostel premises, to discuss and review.
